Young Minds are leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. We’re here to make sure they get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties.
Step by Step
If you’re aged between 11 and 25, having a hard time, finding things are getting on top of you, or feeling stress, anxious, or down, counselling may be for you. Step by Steps free counselling service is based on building a trusting relationship with you. It can help you talk about your experiences and worries and how to manage them in a supportive way. Our counsellors are trained to listen carefully and thoughtfully to you, without judgement.
Youth Access is the advice and counselling network. Working with our members, we promote the YIACS model as part of local services for young people everywhere. To find free and confidential counselling, advice or information services, click on the link below.
You might be experiencing problems at school, issues with your parents or generally not feeling like yourself. Counselling lets you talk about how you feel, separate from school and home life and can help you get back to enjoying life.
